the North, NJ, PA or NY
From the Delaware Memorial Bridge/ I-295, proceed south
on I-95
to exit 4-A for Route 1 SOUTH. Stay on Rt 1 to the Dover area and
after passing through the Dover tollbooth, take Exit 97 towards
Rt 13. At traffic light proceed south on Route 13.
(Route
13 runs through the length of the state, you'll see exit
signs for Rt 13 a couple of times along the way and it runs fairly
close to Rt 1. If you exit too early, it's not a problem, just stay
on 13 south.)
A
few miles south on 13, look for the Super Wal Mart on your
right, start to get in the left lane and The Woods at Longacre
Village is about one mile further south on your left
(northbound side)
There's a left turning lane to enter. After turning into Longacre
Village, proceed straight through to the community circle and
you'll easily see our model homes and
INFORMATION CENTER banner.
From
the West, Washington DC, Baltimore, &
Eastern Shore
Make
your best route to Route 50 in the Annapolis area and
cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. After getting on to the
Eastern Shore of Maryland past Kent Island, the highway will
divide into Route 50 and Route 301. Take Route 50 towards
Ocean City
Stay on Route 50, approx. 7 miles and look to make a left
turn on Route 404 (or Queen Annes Hwy). Proceed approx
13 miles and take the MD 313/MD 619 ramp toward
Denton/Greensboro. Continue to follow MD 313. Turn right
on Burrsville Rd/MD 317. You'll cross into Delaware,
and
it will become Route 14.
Stay
on Route 14 through Harrington to Route 13. Turn
left -heading north- on Route 13 for approx. 9 miles. Look for
the Longacre Village sign on your right and turn right into the
development. After
turning into Longacre Village, proceed
straight through to the community circle and you'll easily see
our model homes and INFORMATION CENTER banner.
Make
your best way to Route 1 north. This is also the main
highway along the beach and leading out of
Rehoboth Beach/Lewes area.)
Stay
on Route 1 north past Milford and past Frederica.
After Frederica, look for a left turn on Barretts Chapel Road.
Stay on Barretts Chapel to Route 13. Turn right and head north
on Route 13. We're located approx 1 mile past the Walnut Shade
Rd traffic light on the right.
Look
for the Longacre Village sign on your right and turn right
into the development. After
turning into Longacre Village, proceed
straight through to the community circle and you'll easily see
our model homes and INFORMATION CENTER banner.
From
the South Delmarva, Virginia Beach
Pretty
simple. Make your best way to Route 13 and head north.
(From Virginia Beach area you'll be on Rt 13 immediately after
crossing the Chesapeake Bay.) Stay on Route 13 in Delaware,
through Harrington and the communtiy is approx 9 miles north
past Harrington.
Look
for the Longacre Village sign on your right and turn right
into the development. After
turning into Longacre Village, proceed
straight through to the community circle and you'll easily see our
model homes and INFORMATION CENTER banner.
